K2B MOCK-UP Concert Posterby ~MBDavenport

An assignment for Gabe Bridwell's Layout & Design II Class at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art.

For this one we had to use Adobe Illustrator to create a mock concert/movie poster so we could familiarize ourselves with Illustrator. I learned a lot doing this project, and I'm pretty pleased with the result. This is my first time really trying to take advantage of everything the program has to offer, and I kind of just threw myself into it. WHAM!

I would love if these guys played a show together. I'd go see this in a heartbeat.
